Modify a reminder record

Follow this procedure to open the Modify Reminder dialog box for an existing reminder record and modify its properties.

To modify a reminder record

1. On the Operator Reminder Summary window, select the row header of the record you want to modify to open the Modify Reminder dialog box.

2. Use the following sections as guides to modifying the items on the Modify Reminder dialog box:

   • Add a conditional reminder

   • Add a one time scheduled reminder

   • Add a recurring reminder

     Important: If you modify the Last Time field, ensure you select Submit after configuring the date on, and time at, which you want the system to generate the last recurring alarm.

3. Select Modify.

   The Operator Reminder Summary window displays the updated version of the modified record.
