Subscribe to reports

Subscribe to a scheduled report to view the report delivery options and a schedule for printing.

To subscribe to a scheduled report using the Report Server Manager

1. Open the Report Server Manager using Internet Explorer; for example: enter https://elk64des.elksp4.local/Reports_OASYSHDB into the address bar of Internet Explorer.

   

2. Open DNA Reports.

   

3. Select a data source; for example, RealTimeDS. All data sources have this icon:

   

   The Properties window for the data source opens.

   

4. Select a Connection Option; for example, Credentials stored securely in the report server.

5. Enter in the User name and Password.

6. Select Test Connection.

7. Select Apply.

8. After the connection is established, return to the previous page and select a report.

   For example, you could select Connection Detail by selecting the yellow arrow to see the menu items.

   

9. Select Subscribe.
