Work with No Reply events

During a training session, the Trainer Facilitator may wish to simulate a communication failure or a "No Reply" event. A No Reply event occurs when a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection is still active but the remote does not respond.
The RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) Player uses a web Application Program Interface (API) to receive commands for initiating simulation events. The web API is configured through the RTUPlayer.json file. Events are issued by sending commands using the HTTP PUT verb.
