Create a displaylist record

Follow this procedure to create a displaylist record with which you can associate displaylistdef records.

Displaylist records are stored in the displaylist table, and are created and edited using the tabs on the displaylist Row Edit dialog box within the Advanced Database Editor (ADE). For general information on ADE and how to create records, refer to the Advanced Database Editor (ADE) Administrator documentation.

To create a displaylist record

  1. In ADE, select View > Realtime.

  2. In the tree view, double-click the Display Carousel List table icon.

    The displaylist Table Edit dialog box appears.

  3. Refer to Displaylist Row Edit: Main tab for information on configuring the items on the displaylist Row Edit dialog box.

  4. After configuring the Main tab on the displaylist Row Edit dialog box, proceed to Create displaylistdef records.
