You can start the Open Platform Communications (OPC) client with settings obtained from the configuration file.
To start the OPC client with configuration file settings

Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
The Services window appears.

Right-click the OPC client.
An action menu appears.

Select Start.
