SQLInstallTool-Duplicate go statement error

The SQLInstallTool will sometimes recognize duplicate go statements as an error when it executes a script. The error message will look like the following:

ExecuteNonQuery: CommandText property has not been initialized. Error:Starting the Partial Installation of the Datapump product to server edcHistorical_EDCRTS2...
