Configure an instrument failure re-alarm for an analog or rate point

If the system generates an instrument failure alarm, the alarm can be re-alarmed when it is configured as Critical or High severity, and its alarm message satisfies the regular expression (RegEx) match string defined.
Note: If the instrument failure condition is configured as an attribute (INSTR_FAIL_AS_ATTRIBUTE set to true), the RegEx is not used. For the internationalization process, see the procedures outlined in Configure msginfo sets.
If the Instrument failure message must be translated, the RegEx match string must also be edited in the RE_ALARM_INSTR_FAIL_REGEX key in the %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\sdk\resx\libappResources\realarmStrings.resx file so that the message matches the RegEx.
The default value of the key is INSTR FAIL(.*):
<data name="RE_ALARM_INSTR_FAIL_REGEX">
<value xml:space="preserve">INSTR FAIL(.*)</value>
<comment xml:space="preserve">code=-1005</comment>
</data>
