Hold-Off Alarms

This application works to reduce nuisance alarms by allowing Administrators to configure timeout values for invalid messages and line failure alarms. In addition, if a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) enters an abnormal communication state, Administrators can suppress any further communication failure alarms that might occur after the initial alarm.
Ideally, Controllers should not receive no-reply and bad message type alarms unless the condition is persistent enough to warrant action.
