MultiSubscriber

The MultiSubscriber tool is only available in the Common silo. This tool connects directly to the PubSub Engine.

If the PubSub system is shut down, or Disconnect PubSub is selected, the MultiSubscriber opens a modal dialog message indicating that the PubSub connection is lost. All previous subscriptions are dropped when the PubSub connection is lost. You must reconnect by selecting Connect PubSub before adding any more subscriptions.

Hint: The topic dropdown menu will still contain the names of any previously subscribed topics, but they will no longer be subscribed.

Note: The MultiSubscriber tool can be used to subscribe to the otherwise reserved pubsub.debug topic.
