Bad dates

Historical records collected from the RTU contain a value and timestamp. If the timestamp is older than the current day minus a certain amount of days, the application considers it "bad" and dismisses the record without either generating an alarm or logging an event. If the timestamp is greater than the current time by a certain number of seconds, the application likewise considers it "bad" and dismisses the record without either generating an alarm or logging an event.

The default number of valid past days is 35, while the default number of valid seconds in the future is 300 (five minutes).
