Edit from Perspective

You can edit all the records in a Perspective through the following steps listed below.

To edit from Perspective

1. Edit the Perspective Root Table Edit by doing the following:

   1. Use the Find/Replace of the Perspective Root dialog box.

   2. Manually edit the Perspective Root dialog box.

   If the Perspective child dialog boxes contain the same fields as the ones modified in the root record, then the modifications affect the Perspective Root fields and the same-name Perspective child dialog boxes fields.

2. (Optional) Edit the Perspective child dialog boxes by doing the following:

   1. Use the Find/Replace of each Perspective child dialog box.

   2. Manually edit the Perspective child dialog box.

   The Perspective child dialog box modification affect only that Perspective child dialog box’s fields.

3. Select Save.
