The default settings related to the messaging level and logging levels for the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) Player are controlled in the application configuration file (RTUPlayer.exe.config) of the RTU Player (RTUPlayer.exe) application.
This file is located in the folder where the RTU Player software is installed (%DNAInstallRoot%\Tools\bin). In a fully simulated environment, the RTU Player application is typically installed on the same computer as the supported pipeline simulator.
By default, the console log displays INFO messages that are recorded in the %DNADataRoot%\Tools\Log\RTUPlayerConsole_<threadId>.log file.
The application records ERROR level messages and console messages in the %DNADataRoot%\Tools\Log\RTUPlayer_<threadId>.log file.
