Inhibited Alarm Events

The Inhibited Alarm Events application adds a column to the event table to indicate the type of alarm inhibit, if any, associated with a particular event.

The functionality is useful in the event of incident review or audit. For example, in the event of an accident, it helps to confirm whether or not a Controller actually received an alarm for the condition.

The functionality helps the downstream Alarm Management system generate accurate alarm system reports (of alarm counts).
