Show and hide table columns in a Table Edit dialog box

The Show Hide Columns dialog box allows you to hide or display any of the columns in a Table Edit dialog box.

1. Select View > Show Hide.

   The Show Hide Columns dialog box opens. The dialog box lists all table column labels as checkboxes for the table.

   

2. In the Show Hide Columns dialog box you can:

   • Select/clear the checkboxes to indicate which columns you want to be visible on the table edit form.

   • Select a previously saved view from the View dropdown menu.

   • Select Show all columns or Hide all columns.

   • Select Sort in ascending order to sort the columns list alphabetically. Clearing the Sort in ascending order checkbox returns the columns list to the order as it appears on the table edit form.

     Note: Changing the column list to alphabetical does not apply the order to the table edit form.

3. Select OK.
