Restrict the display of alarm inhibit icons to points with off-normal alarm inhibits

Note: For information on overriding default configuration settings, refer to Modify configuration settings.

Default Inhibit Icon Behavior (INTERGRATE_STATE_ALARMINHIBIT value is true)

• By default, if a state alarm inhibit is active on a point, the Alarm Inhibited icon appears next to the point in easy eXtended Operator Station (ezXOS).

Alternate Inhibit Icon Behavior (INTERGRATE_STATE_ALARMINHIBIT value is false)

• If the configuration setting for this behavior is set to false, the icon only appears next to points with off-normal alarm inhibits.

To restrict the display of Alarm Inhibit icons to points with off-normal alarm inhibits

1. In the %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config\Settings directory, either create or open the RealTime_StateAlarmInhibit.json file.

2. Change the value of "INTERGRATE_STATE_ALARMINHIBIT" to false.

3. Save the file.

4. Restart the RealTime service.
