Administrators can configure the system to hide remote and connection alarms from Controllers should they consider such alarms not actionable by the Controller. The presence of such alarms can be a nuisance to Controllers if they have no ability to remedy the alarm situation.
When the feature is set, your administrative privileges will continue to see remote and connection alarms in the Alarm Summary window. However, the Table column of the Alarm Summary window will display such alarms as "SYSTEM", as opposed to "connection" or "remote".
