Systems Object Properties - Time Boundaries

The Time Boundaries tab allows to configure the timestamp preferences and Top of Day settings for a systems object.
Note: If you change the time boundaries, you must restart the services and processes that use the time boundary information. For instance, restart the RealTime service so that the new timestamp preference will take effect when RealTime data is sent to the Historical database.

Timestamp Preference Top of Period Bottom of Period |
This indicates your preference for the time at which the data is stamped – either top or bottom of a set period. |

Top of Days |
The time set for the Top of Days information. |

Use this button to remove the Top of Days information. |

Use this button to add the Top of Days information. |
