Configure remote points

Follow this procedure to make remote point alarms re-alarm a set number of minutes after you acknowledge them.

Note: The Remote Control dialog box is opened through the Remote Summary window. For information on the Remote Summary window, refer to the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI Controller documentation.

To configure remote points

1. Navigate to the Remote Control dialog box.

   

2. Select Alarms Inhibited.

3. In the Realarming Time(Min) field, enter the number of minutes after which an acknowledged alarm should re-alarm.

4. Select Submit.
