Create a display layout

Follow this procedure to create and save a particular layout of displays on your computer. You can save numerous different layouts and open them as desired during a shift.

Note: In order to save/update a layout, there needs to be at least one display open (in addition to Display Room Layouts).

To create a display layout

1. Ensure the displays you have open on your monitor(s) are arranged in the desired layout.

2. Open the Display Room Layouts dialog box.

   

3. In the Layout Name field, enter the name of the display layout.

4. Optional: To make the layout available to other Controllers, select Global.

5. Select Save.

   Note: In order to save/update a layout, there needs to be at least one display open (in addition to Display Room Layouts).

   • The name of the new display layout appears in the Restored Layout field.

   • The Layout Owner field displays your username.

   • A row containing information on the newly added display layout appears in the Display Layout section of the Display Room Layouts dialog box.
