Browse filters

Before selecting Browse, you can refine the returned results by including a filter string. This field enables you to return only the results containing an exact match, anywhere in the result. The comparison is case-sensitive.

While the following example demonstrates filtering using field names, filtering also works when browsing at the table and record name levels.

To use the browsing filter

1. In the Filter field, enter your desired filter string.

2. Select Browse.

   Only the results containing an exact match appear.
