Before you begin

Ensure that you have first a) configured a remote (refer to volume 1 of the RealTime Administrator documentation) and b) created a CGL template (refer to Creating a Configurable Gas Load (CGL) Template).

The Configurable Gas Load (CGL) tab in the remote Row Edit dialog box is opened through the remote table listing in the Advanced Database Editor (ADE). For general information on ADE, and further information on the remote table, refer to the Advanced Database Editor (ADE) Administrator documentation and volume 1 of the RealTime Administrator documentation, respectively.

To assign the CGL template to a remote record

  1. Navigate to the Gas Applications Configuration tab in the remote Row Edit dialog box.

  2. Select Use Measurement Advisor Timestamp.

Note: This checkbox should always be selected when the measurement system used on the Decision Support System (DSS) is AVEVA Measurement Advisor, and when you intend to use AVEVA Measurement Advisor timestamps.

  3. Navigate to the Configurable Gas Load tab in the remote Row Edit dialog box.

  4. In the CGL Template Name field, enter or select the name of the CGL template created for the remote.

  5. Save your changes.
