There is a known memory fragmentation problem with Microsoft’s .NET Framework product. This affects the Application Calculation Engine (ACE) because all of the Business Logic Tier (BLT) components in BLT ACE are .NET components. This error occurs because the ACE BLT components try to access the RealTime database (RTDB) while they have already allocated some memory in the .NET managed heap. As a result of this memory allocation, there is not a large enough block of continuous memory to load the RTDB. The solution is simply to set the OAS_MAX_VIRTUAL key value to a lower number. By default, usually halving the number will work, but you can try increasing this if needed until the problem happens again.
