Specify a Management of Change (MoC) changeset using DBPut

DBPut can specify a Management of Change (MoC) changeset when connecting to the RealTime database (RTDB). MoC adds a command line parameter to the DBPut application.

Use the following parameter to associate executions of the DBPut tool with a changeset:

  • -c <changeset id> is used to specify the changeset id when running DBPut to record the changes associated with this DBPut command run.

Note: If permissive mode is disabled and the command is run without specifying a changeset id, you will receive an error message indicating the change is not permitted in the current mode.
