View contact information

The OnCall Contact Summary window provides summary information on all the contacts configured in the system. Through this window, you can add, modify, and delete contacts.

To view contact information

1. From the Navigation Menu, open the Model Select dialog box (refer to the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI Controller documentation).

2. On the Model Select dialog box, select SUM_ONCALL.

   Note: The above procedure is the default method for accessing the window. Typically, the appropriate personnel would either configure such windows to appear at Login or design a more practical access method.

   The OnCall Contact Summary window opens.

   

   The OnCall Contact Summary window:

   • Consists of the following four tabs:

     • Company

     • Emergency

     • Station

     • Third Party

     • Logistic

   • Provides access to the New Contact dialog box.
