The Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) Monitor process updates the status of each of the configured databases every five minutes by default.

The configured databases are set up in the config directory for that service. If any of the databases are not online, a "warning" icon is displayed. If the Microsoft SQL Server isn't available, all the databases appears as a "bad" state.
