Description |
|---|---|
Alm Bracket Set |
Enter or select the name of the alarm bracket set (almbracketset record) that you want to be suspended based on a command to the Suspension Trigger Source. |
Suspend on Command (Trigger Source) |
Select (...) and use the Value Source Path Selector dialog box to configure the path to the analog, status, or multistate point responsible for suspending bracketing on the Alm Bracket Set. Note: The Field field on the Value Source Path Selector dialog box is not configurable, as the fields for analog, status, and multistate records are preset to curspt, cmded, and cmdedtext, respectively. When a Controller executes a setpoint or digital command operation against the Suspend on Command (Trigger Source), the system suspends bracketing on the Alm Bracket Set. |
Also Suspend on State Change |
As mentioned above, when a Controller executes a setpoint or digital command operation against the Suspend on Command (Trigger Source), the system suspends bracketing on the Alm Bracket Set. If you select Also Suspend on State Change, the system will also suspend bracketing on any change of state to the status or multistate point configured as the Suspend on Command (Trigger Source). This includes both commanded and uncommanded state changes. Note: The functionality does not apply to analog points. |
Group |
Select (...) and select the name of the group this record belongs to from the Group Select dialog box. Groups are assigned to closely related records. |
Dataset |
Select (...) and select the name of the dataset you want to associate with this record from the Dataset Select dialog box. A dataset contains privileges assigned for each system and mode. Once a record is assigned to a data set value, the dataset can only be changed to a value for which the system has a privilege record. A record’s dataset can not be changed in such a way that the system can no longer access the record. |
Setpoint Bias |
Enter the bias value for setpoint triggers. Example: Assume we have an analog point whose current value = 100. If the Setpoint Bias is 10, and you issue a setpoint within the range 90-110, the setpoint will not trigger a bracket set suspension. However, if you issue a setpoint value greater than 110, or less than 90, the setpoint triggers a bracket set suspension. |
Is percentage |
Select if the value in the Setpoint Bias field is a positive percentage amount of the analog point's current value. |
