A protocol record is used to associate connection and remote records to the RealTime database (RTDB) protocol modules used by Omnicomm. Protocol records are located in the protocol table and are configured using the protocol Row Edit dialog box.

Important: The protocol table comes pre-configured. Typically, you should only modify the table records if you are developing a new protocol. Removing or altering protocol records may result in protocols no longer functioning correctly.
