Use the Multistate Message Selector dialog box to select an accumulated state message.
The Multistate Message Selector is accessed from the Input tab in the multistate Row Edit dialog box.
To select an accumulated state message

On the Input tab in the Multistate Row Edit dialog box, select (...) next to the Accumulated State field.
The Multistate Message Selector dialog box appears.

Select the desired message that is associated with the state.

Select Accept.
The selected message appears in the Accumulated State field.
