The Non-Covered Area alarm application causes AVEVA Enterprise SCADA to generate a persistent, high- severity "Non-Covered Area of Responsibility (AOR)" alarm under certain conditions.

A Non-Covered AOR alarm occurs when:

  • An AOR does not have a single Controller logged in with control permissions.

  • An AOR has one or more Controllers logged in with control permissions, but none of these Controllers have control turned on.

  • A RealTime database (RTDB) area table record is in violation with a category of "NoCover".
