GetTagGroupCurValue

GetTagGroupCurValue provides the current value for all of the Administrator-modifiable tag fields (in flexTag), given a tag group and a (possibly empty) set of points. This is used for determining what to display for the current value of fields in a tag group or subset of points in a tag group.
Input Parameters

TagGroup - the name of the tag group.

DBnPnts - a list of database points separated by an asterisk (*), if empty all members of the tag group will be considered.

The result set contains the values for the following flexTag fields:

If not all members of the tag group (or specified database points) have the same value, then the value returned will be blank.
