To acquire the latest time zone information

1. Access the following site to view the time zone libraries:

   https://www.iana.org/time-zones

2. To update the time zone database in your development environment, locate the following file:

   tzdata<VersionNum>.tar.gz

   For example, as per the screen below, the latest version is "2021a". You would therefore download the tzdata2021a.tar.gz file.

   

3. Download and extract the data files.
