Insert new record

You can add additional records to RealTime database (RTDB) tables by adding new rows to its Table Edit dialog box.

To insert a new record

1. Select Table > Insert Row.

   A new yellow shaded row appears in the Data grid, as displayed in the figure below. The add icon (+) and error icon appear in the row header to indicate that this is a newly added row and that it requires configuration.

   

2. Configure the required fields on the new row and save your changes.
