View generated alarm messages

Access the Email Alarm Summary window to view all alarm messages generated by the Email Alarm Notification application.

To view generated alarm messages

1. From the Navigation Menu, open the Model Select dialog box (refer to the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI Controller documentation).

2. On the Model Select dialog box, select SUM_EALARM_AUDIT.

   The Email Alarm Summary window opens.

   Note: The above procedure is the default method for accessing the window. Typically, the appropriate personnel would either configure such windows to appear at Login or design a more practical access method.

   

   The summary allows you to filter message information based on:

   • All or part of an Email address

   • All or part of the alarm Message

   • A Start Time and End Time

   • Sent messages

   • SMS-based messages

   • Recipients who belong to an alert group (OnCall)

     Item	Description
     Timestamp	The date on, and time at, which the application generated the alarm message.
     To	The intended recipient of the email or text message.
     From	The email address of the sender.
     Subject	The subject line of the email or text message.
     Message	The body of the email or text message.
     Sent	This field indicates whether or not the email or text message was sent successfully.
     SMS	This field indicates whether or not the message was a text message.
     OnCall	This field indicates whether or not the recipients belong to an alert group.
