Telemetry Last Change Time

This enhancement provides two additional fields in five RealTime database (RTDB) tables. The new fields store date-related information when certain values change.

The inchtime and outchtime fields appear in the following RTDB tables:

• Analog

• Status

• Rtstring

• Multistate

• Rate (inchtime field only)

The new fields store the date and timestamp when the following values last changed:

• Input value (inchtime)

• Commanded value (outchtime)

  The Last Input Change Time field (inchtime) for this table...	...will update when this field changes value
