The Advanced Database Editor (ADE) is a generalized Windows .NET application designed to maintain Database Management System (DBMS) configuration data.

ADE replaces the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA configuration forms used by the easy eXtended Operator Station (ezXOS), but the product is not limited to that function. In addition, ADE does not need to be run at an ezXOS station.
