Manual override period expired alarms

"Manual override period expired" alarms help Controllers to avoid inadvertently leaving points in manual override mode for longer than intended.
When Controllers place an analog, a status, a rate, a multistate, or an rtstring point into manual override mode, they can optionally configure an amount of time by which to delay the alarm. The process controlling this feature runs every minute at hh:mm:30.
AVEVA Enterprise SCADA generates an event as well as an alarm. No other action is triggered.
The following fields in the analog, status, rate, multistate, and rtstring tables are related to the Manual Override Period Expired Alarms enhancement.
