Edit the installdp1Config4_DOAS.sql file to ensure that the System ID (SysId) matches what is listed in the Network Management Console (NMC), to add the ID for the current system, to add in the global dataset, and to set your dataset interests.
To edit the installdp1Config4_DOAS.sql file
-
Navigate to %DNADataRoot%\Historical\config\applicationsql\DataPump\<System Name>\installdp1Config4_DOAS.sql in the Test and Development System directory files
-
Update the comments at the top of the file as follows:
Note: This information can be retrieved from the NMC.
**
** example:
**
** SYSTEM SYSID
** ======== ======
** mcc 1
** bcc 2
** mccdss 3
** bccdss 4
** es 5
**

Add the current system name and system Id to the DPOwningSystems table. This will ensure that when DOAS triggers are used, the value is checked to see whether or not a Datapump trigger should be fired.
For example:
/****** PUT SYSTEM SPECIFIC CONFIG HERE *****/
insert into DPOwningSystems (system, description, intValue, principal)
values ('mcc', 'Primary system', 1, 'true')
go
Where:
-
intValue is the ID of the system in NMC.
Note: If you are configuring a single Historical scenario and multiple owning systems are required, then all of them must be inserted into the table and only the system that has the principal Historical can have the principal value set to true.
For example:
/****** PUT SYSTEM SPECIFIC CONFIG HERE *****/
insert into DPOwningSystems (system, description, intValue, principal)
values (mcc, ' Principal Historical system', 1, 'true'),
(mccA, 'Historical Subordinate system A', 2, 'false'),
(mccB, 'Historical Subordinate system B', 3, 'false')
go

Add in a global dataset to be used by all your tables without dataset information. This global dataset is typically a dataset in RealTime that you wish to datapump to, and that all systems have an interest in.
For example:
insert into DPDatasetDefaults (type, description, intValue, nameValue) values ('GLOBAL_DATASET','default dataset global tables',1, 'LMS_OAS')
go
Where:
-
intValue is the ID of the dataset in the doas_dataset RealTime database (RTDB) table.
-
LMS_OAS is an example of a global dataset name.
-
-
Use DPDatasetInterest to manually set the the dataset interest.
For example:
insert into DPDatasetInterest(system, dataset, activeInterest) values('MCC', 1, 1)
insert into DPDatasetInterest(system, dataset, activeInterest) values('MCC', 2, 1)
insert into DPDatasetInterest(system, dataset, activeInterest) values('BCC', 1, 1)
go
