Follow this procedure to send one email to a group of individuals within an "Alert Group".
To send an email to a group

On the Alarm Control dialog box (see Send an Alarm Notification email), select Email Alarm.
The Email Adhoc Alarm dialog box opens.

Select Use Email Notification Group.

In the Email Notification Group field, select the Alert Group to which you want to send the alarm notification email.

Select Send Email.
