Discipline Drawing Filter

When there is a large number of areas and templates, it is possible to split the data into separate hierarchies. For example there may be different area definitions for different disciplines, or particular departments may want to separate their templates. To enable this to happen, set the function attribute on each drawing, and at area library level.

When ABA collects all the templates it uses a filter to collect the appropriate templates and areas. By default all areas, and all templates, are selected.
