Container Tree View

A specialized tree view (activated by clicking Container View in the Project Window) displays all of the containers, bay definitions and hatches generated within this model. In addition, it lists all surfaces under an Obstructions node, enabling you to mark a surface as a possible obstruction. These obstructions are then used in the generation of bay definitions.

Note:
Bay definitions and hatches are listed under their appropriate parent envelope.

It should firstly be noted that containers do not have a display icon () or a layer associated with them. This is because containers themselves are not actually displayed in any of the graphics views. It is only when a container is included in a bay definition that it will actually be seen in a graphics view.

Secondly, all surfaces displayed under the Obstructions node do not have a display icon. Instead, then have an image to the left of an object's ID used to indicate the obstruction state of the element. An item is marked as an obstruction () or unmarked () by clicking the box with the mouse.

The tree can also be used for Drag and Drop functions in the same way as the Full View Tree. Additionally bay definitions and hatches can be dragged from one envelope to another, causing it to be regenerated for it’s new parent.

A pop-up menu allows various operations to be performed on the selected objects. The available options are listed below:
