Categorized/Alphabetical

Attributes can be grouped according to the categorizations or displayed alphabetically. Categorizations are set in Lexicon. For further information, refer to the LEXICON User Guide.

To display the attributes by categorization

• From the Attributes menu, select Categorised/Alphabetical.

  The attributes in the Attributes window are now displayed by category and alphabetically.

  

  If an attribute does not have a categorization, then it is assigned an appropriate draft categorization in the Attribute window.

  You can modify the default categories in LEXICON.

To display the attributes alphabetically

• From the Attributes window, select Categorised/Alphabetical.

  The attributes are displayed alphabetically in the Attributes window.
