The component Specifications, which define the availability of components for particular types of use, are held in the SPWL (Specification World) Elements of the Catalogue DB.
Create a Specification World

Select Create, then Specification, then World from the main window drop-down.
The Create Specification World form opens:

Enter the Name to be assigned to the new specification world.

Click OK to create the Specification World (SPWL element) in the database hierarchy.
