Gaussian Bands Page

Used to define the colour bands for gaussian rendering.

Boundary Values are simply edited via the cells and the Colour Bands can be set by double clicking the appropriate colour cell and then using the standard colour selection dialog that appears.

By default nine colour bands are provided. The User can increase or decrease the number of bands through a pop-up menu available in the Boundary Values column, using INSERT or DELETE respectively. If there is no current selected cell then the pop-up will only show INSERT (adding a new band at the end).

Note:
It is the Users responsibility to maintain the array of range values in increasing order.
