View and Change Status

Elements may be assigned a lifecycle consisting of defined Status, which they progress through.

Status definitions are specified and applied by Administrators in Lexicon. See Status Control in the Lexicon User Guide for further information.

The Tags Module is provided with the following Status management facilities:

• A graphical viewer which displays the lifecycle associated with the elements in the current list as a workflow diagram. See Display Graphical View of Lifecycle.

• The facility to select elements in a list according to their status. See Select Elements According to Status.

• The ability to change the status of an element or elements in a list, including adding and removing elements to/from a lifecycle. See Change Status of Elements.

• A log of status changes. See View Log of Status Changes.

• A graphical representation of the proportion of elements at each status in a list. See View Graphical Report.
