Creating the SAC

Select the hull distortion icon, , in order to display the Distortion dialog.

The default draft for the Get Current option is the value contained in the Particulars page of the User Parameters dialog.

To change this, enter the new value in the edit box. Alternatively the Fit Range or Fit Series options can be selected to generate multiple SACs. All SACs are calculated for one particular trim by setting the value in the Trim edit box.

Each SAC name will be automatically generated by prefixing an ASCII representation of the draft height with the string entered in the Prefix edit box (maximum length of 3 characters).

Select the Calc button to calculate the SAC.

To view the SACs, click the View button to set the current view (if this has not already been done) and then click Display.

The SACs will be displayed in the current view.
