Split Shell Stiffeners with RSO - *12​.1​.SP4*

Description

It is now possible to split a shell stiffener with an RSO. If the RSO has panels associated with it, the relevant material thickness will be used, resulting in a gap in the same way as splitting with the actual panel would.

Benefits

A more robust reference for splitting shell stiffeners can be used. When the RSO is associated with a panel which affects the split point, the relevant information is used without any change needed to the definition of the shell stiffener.
