Create Parts List

The PML task function !!assyPartsList(!array) will create the parts list table below new VIEW element with its SPPURP attribute set to 'PARTVW', in a LAYE with its SPPURP attribute set to 'PRTLST'. Since the table contains multiple SLAB elements, this allows it to be manipulated as a single entity.
