YAXIS

Purpose

This command is used to set various parameters for the Y-axis.

Syntax

YAXIS ( /FRAMETABLE $N ( /PORT ! /STBD ) $S !

        /DIRECTION ( /PORT ! /STBD ) )

Description

Defines the frame table and positive direction for the Y-axis. To set the system to use particular units (for example, frames), then refer to the USE command.

Command Qualifiers

/FRAMETABLE

Used to define the frame table for the axis where:

$N is the offset of Frame 0 from the origin.

/PORT or /STBD sets the direction of increasing frames.

$S is a series of numbers, each pair describing a transition. A transition consisting of the frame (first value) from which the specified spacing (second value) starts.

Note:
Transitions should be given in sequence of increasing frame number.

/DIRECTION

Sets the positive direction to either /PORT or /STBD.
