Calculating Sectional Area Curves

This dialog enables you to change the title if the default title is not appropriate and to specify the single trim and heel values to be used. The default trim and heel values are both set at 0.0, indicating a level keel condition.

The dialog presents an initial list of drafts, provisionally created in the same manner as in the Hydrostatics dialog. Again you can select from this list and add to it if he requires. Calc will create a sectional area curve corresponding to each selected draft. Similarly the tabulated Bonjean data will relate to these drafts.

If the Output at Frame Positions box is checked, then the sectional areas will be tabulated at every frame instead of output stations, provided that a frame table has been defined.

Clicking the Waves button within this dialog box results in you being presented with a dialog box for allowing this option to be used locally for the specific calculation.
