Apply

Having entered data for one or more Containers, then this button must be clicked to physically create the containers. At this points, the containers listed on the dialog are checked against all existing containers. Any containers that have been modified are regenerated and any new containers are created. If any containers have been deleted from the grid control, then they are deleted from the Surface model.

The Container Tree control is updated following the modification or insertion of any containers.
